The March 2026 release marks a major upgrade to the Swift Ecosystem, designed to transform how your organization builds, monitors, and scales enterprise intelligence.

Read on to discover the highlights of this release and unlock new possibilities for your app automation journey.

Introducing the Swift v2026 Experience: Our Next Generation

This update represents the next major milestone in the Swift journey. We are evolving the platform to move beyond the constraints of traditional management, introducing a high-performance visual command center built specifically for SMEs scaling AI-driven operations.

At the heart of this release is a Total UI/UX Revolution. We have redesigned every pixel and interaction to shatter the "spreadsheet era" of enterprise software.

By replacing dense, text-heavy lists with high-fidelity visual galleries, minimalist insight cards, and human-centric AI personas, we have ensured that the right data reaches your eyes instantly. This new design language is focused on reducing cognitive load, allowing your team to focus on building intelligence rather than navigating menus.

Same Swift. Next-Gen Performance. We’ve kept the core you love and elevated the entire ecosystem to keep you one step ahead.

Features Deep Dive

While the UI transformation provides the canvas, our new professional-grade features provide the power to execute complex enterprise workflows with total confidence.

Iterate, tweak, and perfect your layout before going live.

Entry Form Header Customization

Refined Header Customization

  1. Enter Editor: From the Applications gallery, click Edit on your target app.
  2. Select Form: Open Entry Forms in the sidebar and choose your workflow (e.g., Inventory Adjustments).
  3. Configure Style: Scroll to the Header Appearance section to define your brand identity:
    • Icon: Select from our high-fidelity library for instant visual context
    • Color: Use the precision picker to sync with your corporate brand.
    • Typography: Set a custom font size (e.g., 12.5px) for cross-device legibility.
  4. Hit Save.

One-Click Workflow Templates

The Soft Deletion feature allows admins to recover deleted applications instantly before they are permanently purged.

Below are the steps to manage your applications using this new workflow.

Launch pre-built, high-value syncs like Shopify → JDE, Salesforce → JDE, or Zendesk → JDE directly from our new System Template Library.

Channel Analytics

Every Channel now features an Analytics Pop-up with interactive line and pie charts to track Requests Per Day, Workflow Usage, and Application Usage at a granular level.

The Workflow Code Node

For specialized business rules that require custom scripting, we have introduced the Script Node within Swift Flow.

This allows developers to execute custom code for complex data manipulation directly within a visual workflow, combining the best of no-code speed with high-code flexibility.

Wrapping Up

That wraps up our latest updates to Swift!

These enhancements represent a fundamental shift from "managing data" to "Designing Intelligence”, bridging the gap between complex ERP technicalities and intuitive user action.

Pro Tip

Combine the new Workflow Templates with Channel Analytics to monitor your Shopify data flow into JDE in real-time. If you have unique business rules, use the Code Node to bridge the gap, ensuring your automation is as flexible as it is visually powerful.
