Problem

Anadolu is Turkey’s leading pet supplies company with its sales operations across 75 provinces where it sales teams serve more than 3,000 pet shops, veterinary clinics and e-commerce channels. They needed a modern B2B sales order app to equip their salesforce to provide a branded customer experience to their customers and streamline their sales order processes.

 

Anadolu uses JD Edwards as their core ERP for their key business processes including sales order management. They needed to ensure the modern B2B sales order app seamlessly integrates with JD Edwards and can inherit the business logic that they have inside the ERP including their highly customized sales order business processes. 

Anadolu Pet needed the B2B Sales Order app to inherit all the existing business logic that exists in their JD Edwards. They also wanted that the B2B customer data, product data and sales order entry data is seamlessly and in real-time stays in synch between the B2B Sales Order app and JD Edwards. Finally, they wanted their sales force the ability to provide a branded customer experience with shopping cart type functionality to their end-customers.
