We are pleased to announce that the pre-built Swift Supplier Self-Service Portal, seamlessly integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), is now included with your Swift subscription. Empower suppliers to self-register, maintain their own master data, submit updates, and track onboarding progress through a secure digital experience while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across your SAP landscape.

Easily configurable dashboards empower business users to create drill-down widgets for Supplier Invitations & Registrations, Purchase Orders, and Invoices based on status, workflow stage, business rules, or any other relevant criteria. Dashboard widgets are fully configurable by Business Analysts, enabling rapid adaptation to changing business requirements without the need for custom development.
New Supplier Registration Workflow
Procurement user “Dave” initiates supplier onboarding through Swift Supplier Registration in SAP S/4HANA, creating the initial supplier record and starting the onboarding workflow.
A supplier questionnaire is then sent to collect additional details, with all responses synchronized and validated in real time with SAP MDG to ensure governed and accurate master data.
Supplier user “Jose” receives an invitation and proceeds with self-service registration through the Swift Supplier Portal integrated with SAP S/4HANA, completing the required onboarding details.
The submitted information is validated and synchronized with SAP MDG in real time, ensuring governed, accurate, and compliant supplier master data creation.
A Treasury user performs the final approval, triggering the SAP MDG Change Request process for controlled activation of supplier master data within SAP S/4HANA.
This ensures all validated supplier information is formally governed, compliant, and released for operational use across the enterprise.

All Purchase Orders
Enables suppliers to view all purchase orders issued to them in real time through the Ephlux Swift Supplier Portal integrated with within SAP S/4HANA MM (Materials Management) based procurement processes and purchasing document data.
Information is retrieved dynamically from SAP S/4HANA MM purchase order structures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date visibility of order headers, items, and status across the procurement lifecycle.
Centralized Supplier Contract Management with AI Driven Insights
Supplier Invoices
View Invoices
Allows suppliers to view all invoices submitted by them in real time within SAP S/4HANA, through the Ephlux Swift Supplier Portal, leveraging integrated financial and accounts payable data.
Invoice information is retrieved dynamically from SAP S/4HANA accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate visibility of document status, posting details, and lifecycle tracking across supplier transactions.
