Problem

Datacore uses Oracle Service Cloud Knowledge platform to provide online product information, manuals, FAQs, and other information to its customers and service department. Based on their customer feedback, they felt a strong need for having a customer-driven community forum for their products.

Datacore reached out to Ephlux for the implementation of Oracle Service Cloud’s community forums and branding on their customer support portal to enable their customers to share their knowledge and grow collectively.

Solution

Working closely with the DataCore team, Ephlux implemented the new DataCore branding to its customer portal and implemented the community forum capabilities with enhanced configuration to fulfill DataCore’s business and customer needs. With these new features, DataCore found improved community trust and customer satisfaction in their products.
