Ephlux equips the resellers with standard marketing collaterals, while the resellers can customize the offerings and price in consultation with Ephlux Business Development teams.

Ephlux Responsibilities
- Publish up-to-date marketing collaterals and service pricing for the Resellers using Price-sheets and/or Ephlux Collaboration Portal.
- Provide the resellers online access to Ephlux Alliance Collaboration Portal for lead tracking, management and reporting.
- Train and mentor the resellers with service/product information and USPs.
Reseller Responsibilities
- Generate enough sales leads with reasonable conversion ratios to achieve pre-agreed sales targets.
- Report sales pipeline, active leads and actual sales through Ephlux Collaboration Portal and prepare a consolidated Sales Report on a monthly basis.
