Joint Marketing Program


Ephlux allies with corporate entities to jointly market either standard products/services of the partner, or Ephlux, or custom marketing ventures. Ephlux brings to the table a strong, highly energetic and professional team of Business Developers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Customer Support Executives, along with a vast experience of successful Technology oriented marketing ventures.

Following is an overview of the process Ephlux uses to establish Joint Marketing Partnership arrangements:

Step 1: Initial Meeting
Step 2: Due-Diligence of both parties
Step 3: Mutual Non-Disclosure and Non-circumvent Agreement
Step 4: Marketing Training of either party OR Due-diligence of the custom marketing venture
Step 5: Agree Sales Targets OR Agree custom Targets for the Marketing Venture
Step 6: Establish Joint Marketing team
Step 7: Marketing Venture Kick-off

Ephlux Responsibilities

  • Publish up-to-date marketing collaterals, service pricing to the Resellers via E-mail and/or Ephlux Collaboration Portal.
  • Provide the resellers online access to Ephlux Alliance Collaboration Portal for leads tracking, management and reporting.
  • Train and mentor the resellers with service/product information and USPs.

Partner Responsibilities

  • Generate enough sales leads with reasonable conversion ratio to achieve pre-agreed sales targets.
  • Report sales pipeline, active leads and actual sales through Ephlux Collaboration Portal and prepare a consolidated Sales Report on a monthly basis.
