David Goldman

David GoldmanDavid Goldman has worked as a web applications consultant since 1994. While always remaining technical and hands-on, he has stayed agile in serving in a variety of roles which include solutions architect, business analyst, developer, technical lead and project manager. In 1999, he started focusing on web content management systems and obtained two technical certifications on one EWCM platform while becoming versed in another. Today, he has expanded his expertise into mid-level CM packages as well as open-source solutions.

Mr. Goldman has served in a consulting role for companies such as AT&T, Charles Schwab & Co., Citigroup, Scholastic, Inc., IBM, Blue Cross Blue Shield, the United States International Trade Commission, New York Life, Hershey Foods, Excelon Corp., H. J. Heinz & Co., MetLife, the United States Postal Service, Johnson & Johnson and The Vanguard Group, among others. Mr. Goldman has been working with Ephlux on various Web Application Development projects since early 2008.

Martin Harvey

Martin HarveyMr Harvey has in excess of 30 years of experience managing small to large teams, engagements, and projects in the IT space. In that time he has worked for and at large blue chips, a “big 4” consulting firm, and small start-ups in Canada, US, Australia, Far East, Europe. Mr Harvey managed a $25M, 70 person commercial engagement delivering a Telco billing and customer service solution at Optus in Australia; for Cap Gemini he worked in business development and engagement management at companies such as BellSouth and managed a Telco practice in the NE USA. Most recently he has been working for a start-up providing systems and robotics integration services in Redmond, WA for customer including Microsoft. At that company he assisted with the marketing and sales activities plus the delivery.

Mr Harvey is a PMP certified project manager and is an active member of the Southern Ontario and Buffalo, NY chapters and has acted as a mentor. He partnered with Ephlux in early 2009, and is involved in various Business Development/Consultancy activities.

Mark Meyer

Mark MeyerMark Meyer has over 28 years direct, hands-on experience developing software for real-time embedded systems in the automation, communications and automotive industries. That experience is being applied by Ephlux in managing, designing and developing I/O drivers, communications modules, digital signal processing, control and data acquisition algorithms.


Mark's career has involved all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle: Project marketing and quoting; staffing and managing onshore & offshore engineers,; designing, developing and installing systems; instructional training; ISO/CMMI process evaluation. Development efforts have included imaging systems, robots, communications multiplexers, engine controllers, Head-Up-Display units, plant controllers and data acquisition systems. Much of this development effort has been with small to mid-size companies, allowing for exposure to not only technical but project business and marketing facets.

Ken Pilcher

Ken PilcherKen Pilcher has over 23 years of hardware, software and semiconductor solutions development and management experience at Lockheed Martin, C-Cube Microsystems, LSI Logic, LinCom Wireless and Red Bull. He has been actively involved in a number of roles such as Hardware/ Software/ System/ Applications Engineering management, Marketing Management, Project Management and Executive Management. His diverse experience makes him an ideal candidate for business analysis, architecture and solution development.

Ken is currently focusing on his successful individual endeavors that include TBL Transcription Services (Co-owner) and ScribeFlow (Owner). TBL Transcription is a complete transcription/medical documentation service that caters to doctors/physicians all over the US.

Also, ScribeFlow is a company dedicated to the development of the ScribeFlow Secure Dictation and Transcription Management System (SDTMS). This system provides a database driven, end-to-end dictation to delivery system that includes digital dictation (Phone-in and PC based), Job management, Custom document formats, Transcription workflow, Review cycle workflow, Digital signature, Document delivery workflow and document archive all with HIPAA compatibility. Other apps include the SF Transcription Application, and the SF Desktop Application – a customer interface to the TBL system. Ken has been working with Ephlux on healthcare based IT projects since Mid 2006.

Samee Qayum

Ken PilcherAn Analyst who has implemented solutions for Business and Finance with in-depth practical knowledge of software development, with over 30 years’ of experience in numerous roles with varying responsibilities.

Mr. Qayum has analyzed, designed, developed and implemented various software systems, and all projects have added value and efficiency to existing business processes via the use of a logical, adaptable and systematic approach towards the development and maintenance of systems. With endeavors spanning the entire geography of the IT world, his portfolio carries some of the most esteemed clientele of our time, including Shell, Levi Strauss & Co. , Siemens, Swiss Life, and Aston Martin Lagonda.

Ephlux allies with consulting companies, independent consultants and marketing firms to resell Ephlux services in their respective regions or globally, based upon pre-agreed commissions and revenue-sharing arrangements.

Ephlux equips the resellers with detailed marketing collaterals and sales training. The resellers can customize the offerings and price in consultation with Ephlux Business Development teams.

  • Provide the resellers online access to Ephlux Alliance Collaboration Portal for leads tracking, management and reporting.
  • Train and mentor the resellers with service/product information and USPs.
  • Generate enough sales leads with reasonable conversion ratio to achieve the agreed sales targets.
  • Report sales pipeline, active leads and actual sales through Ephlux Collaboration Portal.
